Enter reclusive millionaire rock star Ethan Kostabi, who has bought up its employees and constructed a brand new outfit - CABALLISTICS, INC. - to investigate paranormal phenomena...
The swollen city of Downlode lies sprawled across the heart of future Europe like a hit-and-run victim. Here, life is cheap - if you want someone whacked, you can't buy better bullet monkeys than Finnigan SINISTER and Ramone DEXTER, the city's primo hitmen.

Artist Jason Brashill declined the chance to co-create Sinister Dexter but he did paint the cover image to promote the characters' first appearance in Prog 981.
Sinister is Latin for left, while Dexter is Latin for right.

In July 1928, the biggest ocean-going vessel the world had ever seen - the LEVIATHAN - was launched from its giant dry-dock moored in the Irish Sea on its maiden voyage to New York. Housing twenty-eight thousand passengers and crew, and complete with acres of parks, ballrooms, cinemas, a railway and even a zoo, the ship is more a floating city than cruise liner. But twenty years after its launch, the Leviathan still has not reached its destination...
Earth, 2278. Second City is a typical urban sprawl within a federal European superstate, where poverty and lawlessness are widespread. Shaila, Danny, Minger, Shakes and Donna are a young slamboarding team looking to escape the drudgery of their lives through the sport...
Year of the Tsar 2674 AD, and bastard son of the Romanovs NIKOLAI DANTE has bonded with a cyborganic Weapons Crest, an alien combat computer, which allows him to extrude lethal bio-blades...
