Mega-City One, 2130 AD. Justice Department has many divisions within it - Tek, Psi-Div, PSU - and for undercover operations there is Wally Squad. So called because Judges have to adopt the bizarre fashions of the citizens to blend in, it's a dangerous job living on the streets.

The Acoma System, a Souther-held warzone in their galaxywide conflict with the Norts. Centred around a gas giant, its ore-rich moons make it a valuable mining site, and the job of protecting the regular supply routes falls to the 86th Air Support Reconnaissance Squadron - more commonly known as THE 86ERS - a dumping ground for every failure and freak.
