Detonator X / Detonator X (part 6)

Earth, the near future. As the planet's resources dwindled, mankind looked for new areas to source a sustainable energy supply. Burrowing into a parallel dimension released hordes of destructive monsters, and humanity was only saved by the ten Detonator war-suits. Earth is now a rubbish tip, and on a Mars colony the creatures have returned...

Nikolai Dante / Thieves' World (part 2)

Year of the Tsar 2674 AD, and bastard son of the Romanovs NIKOLAI DANTE has bonded with a cyborganic Weapons Crest, an alien combat computer, which allows him to extrude lethal bio-blades...

Judge Dredd / Shaggy's Big Shoot (part 1)

Mega-City One, 2130 AD. This vast urban nightmare on the east coast of post-apocalyptic North America is home to 400 million citizens, every one a potential criminal. With lawlessness rife, only the Judges can prevent total anarchy. These future lawmen are judge, jury and executioner. Toughest of them all is Judge Dredd - he is the law!

Tharg's Terror Tales / Bad Blood (part 1)

Experience the terrifying side of Thrill-power with these one-off tales from beyond the shadowy veil of sanity. Whether they be ghostly goings-on that send shivers up the spine or guts-to-the-wall splatterfests that sear the retina, nothing is what it seems in these glimpses of a horrifying realm beyond our own. Sitting alone at night, upon hearing a noise in the next room, do you investigate? Who knows what may be waiting for you...

Sinister Dexter / Normal Service (part 1)

The swollen city of Downlode lies sprawled across the heart of future Europe like a hit-and-run victim. Here, life is cheap - if you want someone whacked, you can't buy better bullet monkeys than Finnigan SINISTER and Ramone DEXTER, the city's primo hitmen. Inspired by John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson in Pulp Fiction.
Artist Jason Brashill declined the chance to co-create Sinister Dexter but he did paint the cover image to promote the characters' first appearance in Prog 981. Sinister is Latin for left, while Dexter is Latin for right.
